Life
Caught up with friends in London, went to have dinner with my family, and then came to Lisbon to hang with one of my friends and explore. It’s a really nice city, and I’m really liking it.
For my birthday, I finally launched (with some help from my friend Catarina), “Just say NO to thankless emotional labour” tshirts. Super excited! You can buy them here, proceeds are going to be split between two orgs in my two homes. @stemettes in Europe, and @colombia_dev in Colombia, and I’ll match up to 500 USD each.
Work
Hectic! We launched, and now we have to figure out working post-launch effectively.
Really excited, I’m going to be co-emcee-ing Try!Swift NYC in September.

Still reading A Window Opens, and re-reading Leadership and Self Deception. This was a life-changing book for me when I read it originally, but that was a long time ago. It’s interesting to go back and think about what lessons from it I have really internalised.
