I take a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients. I love working with Staff+ engineers figuring out how to scale their impact, and engineers stepping into leadership roles. I also love to work with engineers in a time of transition or pressure, helping them move to a place of empowered choice.
I have extensive engineering leadership experience, so for some problems I can and will give you a playbook. For less concrete problems, I am a Co-Active trained coach who can help you get unstuck.
