Life
Pretty much the only thing I did this week that wasn’t work was go to the gym. Oh, also a massage. I just have to keep this pace up for 10 more days and I’ll be disconnected and in Croatia. I can’t wait.
My new iPhone (birthday present!) arrived and I finally got it set up. Have actually got a contract sim card! It works in 17 countries so that hopefully will make some things easier. Including the US where I’ll be spending a bunch of time in August / September.
Work
Busy with client work. I have a dev client right now, which has been stressful but what we are building is really interesting. One of my friends is also working on it a few hours a week, which is cool. I’m finally getting to grips with nibs (we didn’t use them where I worked because Code Review, and even in my own work I tend not to because habit. Also I find writing UI code soothing).
Media
Finished Gossip Girl (dramatic!! the last season flew by) and watched the latest season of Keeping up with the Kardashians. Started on West Wing. Read The French for Christmas, and finished Author, Publisher, Entrepreneur.
